Every time I visit this store, Shana and her team are ALWAYS so polite, greeting you at the window with a smile, and the food is always fresh!It was my first time in the chi so I had to stop by Harold's to see if the chicken lived up to the hype. It definitely did! I got a 5 piece chicken wing meal and the wings were super crispy! I ordered my food and it came out fresh in no time.
