The best you can do is set your server search preference to a ping you will not play over and it will not put you in lobbies above that ping. 1.Usually there is only one active lobby in TDM. I live on the eastern coast of the U.S. so depending on where you are will also determine finding lobbies. There's probably some website that can check how often the game is played around or near you. There are some hackers from time to time but most of my experience with this game is positive.
